We’re happy only if you’re happy! If, for any reason, you’re less than thrilled with
your purchase, we be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
Items Purchased through www.elibitton.in are eligible for return within 7 days and
exchange within 14 days of your order’s ship date. Items must be in new, unworn
condition with original tags attached. Items that are missing tags or that have
been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be
returned or exchanged. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks,
alterations or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.
We’re pleased to offer one free exchange per order. If you decide to return your
exchange item(s), 2% return fees will apply and will be deducted from your refund
Eli Bitton Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared
‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.
We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive
returns activity.

Our customer care executive will be happy to assist you create pick-up for your
order and make the process as seamless as possible.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time your return arrives at our
facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via
email once we've issued your refund.

The refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment and
bank transfer in case of cash payment.

that every item in our website have individual chart size to make sure you are choosing the perfect size that suit you. However, we will be happy to Exchange
